SNIPER ORBITAL WELDING SYSTEM:

Suitable tube diameter: G158: Φ76mm-Φ158mm；

Tube thickness: 0.8-2.9mm  

Material: carbon steel, SS steel, Titanium, Titanium alloy.  

Welding part of Tube center min rotating radius 72.5mm, min straight part length can be clamped is 40 mm.

Welding condition: All position welding. Welding way: tube to tube welding, no need beveling.

Requirements before welding: Welding area 5-8mm has to polish, remove rust, till original metal color.  Pipe cutting has to flat, vertical, no burr, tube to tube no gap. Clear the oil dirt by alcohol or acetone. Workpiece has to manual argon tack welding, do not weld pipe to broken.
