Welding Carriage ED-BL5

1. Overview:

ED-BL5 is very small automatic welding carriage. Its outstanding feature is the small size, light weight, easy to move, easy to use, suitable for fillet welding. auto welding carriage is widely used in ships, bridges, locomotives, steel, petrochemical and other industries, for welding a variety of welded structures, such as: strengthening ribs, ribs, cross-site welding, box-beam welding, etc. Its main advantages are:

2. Feature:

1.  ED-BL5 carriage is suitable for intermittent or continuous horizontal fillet welding.
2. The distance of welding and no-welding are displayed on the windows. They may be set by flipping ‘up’, ‘down’ switch. These distancesare controlled by closed-loop motor with high accuracy. And it makes the carriage travel very uniform for precision welding. This carriage travels at max speed 990mm/min when in no-welding status.
3. Magnetic handle designed makes it easy to clear iron slag and move the carriage.
4. It has arc extinguishing device, and its time adjust range is 0~5 seconds.
5. The carriage has limit stop switches at both sides. It will automatically stop working when running to the end of the work piece. It easy to operate multiple carriages for one worker.
6. It has strong permanent magnet to prevent leaving from the welding line.
7. It is small, light and easy to carry and operate; non-skilled welding personnel can also use it.
